When many people hear the word diet, they immediately think of weight loss. These inorganic acid minerals seep into our diets through soil, air quality and farming practices. We are consuming more acid minerals than ever before. All of this contributes to our body’s inability to get rid of acid.

The first step in detox involves drinking a lot of water! Not just any water. But alkaline water. This is more effective than the normal tap water we have in our homes.
